Baltimore County Police have issued an alert for a burglar who has struck in Pikesville and Whitemarsh since September 2009. Baltimore County Police are searching for a cat burglar who has struck in the White Marsh and Parkville areas several times since September 2009. Although there are close similarities in appearance, detectives do not believe it is the same burglar who was entering homes in the Essex area in the past few months based on investigative information they have obtained. The victims describe the suspect as a light-skinned black male, with a medium to large build, 18-25 years old, approximately 5’11” tall. One of the victims was able to provide a sketch of the suspect.
